Tuesdays 11:00am-11:40am

Dynamic Stretch Class w/ Kevin

Cost: $10 

Learn how to reduce neck, shoulder and low back tightness and pain. Stretches are those most recommended by Dr. Christian. A combination of functional movement exercises on the floor, chair and standing will be taught, including use of resistance bands. Open to all to attend. Please bring a mat & resistance bands (if you have them). 

Wednesdays 8:00am-8:50am

Yoga Blend Class w/ Kevin

Cost: $10 

An eclectic blend of yoga, which will combine traditional & non-traditional Hatha postures with stretches to strengthen and open the body in different ways. A smart blend of yoga and fitness to target common areas of muscle weakness and tension. This active class will conclude with a 10-minute Savasana (rest post). Beginner friendly; all levels welcome. Please bring yoga mat & water bottle 

Wednesdays 6:00pm -7:00pm

Breathwork Class w/ Lindsey

Cost: $15 

Unwind, release and make space for healing through breathwork. This class promotes intentional breathing, which creates healing and relaxation throughout the entire body. Please bring mat, blanket & water bottle. 

Fridays 5:30pm - 6:20pm

Yoga Blend Class w/ Kevin 

Cost: $10 

Start the weekend off right with this eclectic blend of yoga, similar to our Wednesday morning class. All levels welcome. Please bring mat & water bottle. 

Saturdays 8:00am-8:45am

Pilates Mat Class w/ Erin

Cost: $15 

This 45-minute class will focus on breath control, core strength, flexibility, stability & posture. Some props may be used during class which will involve slow and controlled movements. Taught by Stotts Certified Pilates Instructor since 2015 and valued staff member at

Be Well NSB. All levels welcome. Please bring mat & water bottle.
